I guess you don't bother to read the Forum Guidelines before using it, do you. Nobody from Lotus is officially tasked with reading this forum. If you want support, call the support number. Everybody here who is trying to help is doing it on their own time out of the goodness of their hearts, but why we would bother helping someone who is so rude is beyond me. I don't appreciate being called an idiot, and I doubt the other Ben does either. Guess you are on your own.
